Responsible for the maintenance of over three hundred sites, the Connell Group are a prestigious property management company, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.
These include such diverse locations as commercial office premises, buildings of historical interest, sports and leisure facilities and retail complexes.
The team you would be a part of is the Service Management of Facilities Team. This is the division which manages all the technical resources within the company.
We require an individual who can help us to maintain our obligations to our clients, in an efficient and calm manner.
You will be responsible for delivering this maintenance, along with any necessary developments and suggestions for improvement to the team.
You will also help to create the document of works, which outlines all the future maintenance plans for the property.
Responsibilities include being in charge of a budget and identifying key areas of need. Being able to prioritize and take command of a situation are necessary skills.
You will ensure that any work is carried out promptly and on budget. You will be responsible for liaising with the client and making sure that there is constant communication between all parties.
You will be responsible for an annual budget in the region of $3 million.
As an individual, you will be highly organized and enjoy working as a member of a team.
You will be able to work in a self directed manner and know how to delegate efficiently.
You should be computer literate with good interpersonal skills.
You will also be responsible for the training and development of team members.
